50% there... on the 10,10,10 art project
i am 50% on my way to running 10 miles, in 10 cities, in 10 weeks. after each run, i log, transfer the xml data from my gps watch device make a high resolution photo with the route i took, below are the cities so far. you can read how i do this here. next city will be ft.worth, tx.

the most recent run was in austin, tx. pretty amazing run along the water and around the capitol building.

popular science: "ask a geek" and "geek chorus"

each month you can send your questions to popular science's "ask a geek" and there's a good chance i'll be able to answer them. i also helped out with a neat article about how to unlock your gms phone. there was also a very interesting article about global warming, an article on how to save money on gas, solar energy, and other environment related issue, I highly recommend it!

in future issues, we're going to be doing a lot of cool hacks, how-to projects and other stuff. i suggest getting a subscription to the magazine as opposed to paying for each issue, it's cheaper and it'll encourage the magazine to do lots and lots of cool projects (no i don't make any money on this), go their website to signup.
